At Artihandmade®, we understand the importance of receiving your orders quickly and in perfect condition. That's why we take great care in packaging and shipping your order.

Shipping is only available within the United States.

 

Time for handling or processing, transit, and order cut-off in the United States:

Handling or processing time is 3 to 4 working days (Monday to Friday)

Transit time is 5 to 8 working days (Monday to Friday)

Order cut-off time will be 5 p.m. (GMT-07:00) Mountain Standard Time

Shipping charges: Free shipping

All prices include tax.

All prices and figures are listed in USD dollars.

We do not charge any membership fees.

How is it shipped?

We mainly use DHL, USPS, UPS, and FedEx,  to ship your orders. Your order will be handled in our facilities before being fully completed by the shipping provider. You'll receive a tracking number so you can follow the progress of your order.

Multiple Addresses:

Can I change the shipping address after placing an order?

We will start working immediately after your order. Unfortunately, We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 96  hours of placing your order at contact@artihandmade.com or call us at +1 303 337 9777

How can I track my order?

To track an order, you can track the order by visiting the Tracking Orders page and entering the tracking number or order number and email.

 

Delayed:

However, there are some cases of delay. We will contact you immediately if the order is delayed for more than 14 business days.

Return

Artihandmade® will happily accept returns due to a change of mind as long as the request is received by us within 30 days of you receiving the item. Must be the item returned to us in the original packaging, and unused. Returning the products then let us know by email at contact@artihandmade.com
